Shipping

All orders will ship within 2 to 3 working days from the time of payment* unless otherwise stated. Should there be any unforeseen circumstances resulting in shipment delays, we will contact you soonest to update you on the revised shipping estimated time of arrival. Fret not as our customer service team is always available for any issues regarding shipping and tracking of your order. Our team will constantly check and update you with the status of your parcel to ensure that your order reaches your hands safely. 

 

We seek your understanding that in the event that an order is returned to our warehouse due to non-delivery after 2 unsuccessful attempts (e.g. receiver failed to reschedule the delivery, etc), a redelivery charge will be imposed on your parcel. 

 

*95% of the parcels during off-peak season will be attempted to deliver within 2 to 4 working days from the order date. During peak seasons such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, etc, please allow an additional 2 working days for delivery.
